Great little community gym, cross fit style programming. Very friendly and outgoing group. Like a second family. All very encouraging to each other and all push each other to our limits.
A great place to go work out and find a sense of community! Love the group of ladies who work out there, we have so much fun. It is never the same workout twice, which I always enjoy!!
