Hard to believe about 6 months ago I was stuck in my head too scared to “start” working out again. This gym is amazing along with all the coach's and especially Leilani. The classes are fun and I really enjoy everyone that attends the classes. Everyone is very supportive and knows how to push you to do better. I play softball and Lani works around that to make sure I’m not sore for my games but also makes sure I get a great workout. I wish I lived closer so I can go almost everyday. It’s affordable and they have so many classes starting 5:30am-6:30pm. Hopefully one day they will open one up in Petaluma. 😊🤞🏽
Great workout with an amazing coach, Lani! The workouts are fun and engaging with just the right amount of encouragement to push a bit harder. No workout is ever the same either which keeps it exciting.
Always such an awesome experience. Trainers are all amazing especially Lailani. She always caters to everyone’s fitness journey and injury’s. I recommend to everyone at all fitness levels.
