$345 “comprehensive exam” disclosed only after my check-in. No price on the website, no clear estimate up front. I declined service and left. The clinic immediately texted me to pitch memberships and upsell opportunities with options I never requested. Hope this helps someone plan for $354 and the rather odd membership program.
I’ve been living with dry eyes for years. When I first went to Elevate Eyecare for a routine eye exam, I didn’t have any expectation of receiving treatment for my dry eyes issue.
