Edited to add 1 year later: we just hit our 1yr and our experience with Elevate has been amazing. Cole, in particular, has been a pleasure to work with and has been extremely responsive to a few minor issues we've had and came a few weeks ago for our 11mo walk through to get our list of items needing repaired. Our list included minor things like chipped tile, nail pops, some drywall cracking, leaky faucet, etc and some of these are to be expected as the house settles. All new homes seemingly have an issue or two but if you you are looking for a builder who goes above and beyond and delivers on his promises, Sean is your guy! I have worked with Elevate on several transactions and will continue to recommend them to buyers. Their communication is the best I have had with new construction. Buyers and agent will receive a weekly email with progress so they are constantly in the know. Homes are completed on time and the buyers are happy!
Elevate Design Build is a builder in one of our developments, The Good Ranch, in Raymore, MO. They have been fantastic to work with, and build a beautiful home with attention to detail with passion, contrary to what a disgruntled, non customer, neighbor to one of their lots, has written.
These people are developing a lot right next to my nearly complete build. Once they closed on the purchase they immediately brought in heavy equipment and destroyed thousands of dollars in construction and landscaping materials that had spilled over onto the previously vacant lot from our build. It would have been quite simple for them to inform us of their purchase and asked for us to move those materials but instead they chose a hostile approach of destruction.
