They are developing in our neighborhood and not respecting our community at all. They just cut down 4 massive old growth trees when several of our neighbors had offered to buy the lots at a good price to prevent it. Also, the houses that they've already built in our neighborhood do not fit in with the historic flavor of our 100 year old houses. I have had the displeasure of living near several elevate design + build ugly overpriced cardboard builds. Every time they have left trash debris & allowed erosion to flood into the street and neighboring properties. They have been antagonistic to home owners who try to communicate the negative impact on the neighborhood. The owners were very difficult to work with when their concrete truck sprayed my car with concrete-which totaled it.
