The front desk staff was nice but the surgeon lacks a lot of basic customer service skills. I drove 30 minutes for a wisdom tooth consult that could have been a phone call. He had no idea why I was there and told me to ask my dentist why they sent me. The dentist office that referred me is part of their business network! He didn’t even bother to read the referral. They are amazing. All of them. Felt welcoming from the moment I enter up until my surgery was done. They make you so comfortable. Anything above 5star I would give them
