If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I paid over $600 for a retainer (without insurance) and was told that it would arrive in 2 weeks. I set up an appointment for 2 weeks out. I get a call less than 24 hours before my appointment time telling me that my retainer hasnt showed up and they couldnt give me an ETA.
