Highly professional operation with clear communication and a very high standard of patient care.
I have attended Elevate Dental, as it is now labelled, for many years. The care and follow up that I have received from the practice has always been excellent.
Pretty disgusted by the customer service. They clearly value the checkbook over supportive customer service. They are completely out of touch. I booked the wrong time in error online and called them less the 24 hours to reschedule at 8am as soon as they opened to give the as much notice as possible. Deposit was paid and put down for the appointment. They advised if I moved it to the next day they would be keeping my deposit. Not really sure what the difference is between moving my appt to from later that day to the next day ... read more
Don’t fall for their marketing! To say I was disappointed by my experience here was an understatement.. I told one of the dentists I had a problem with my bottom retainer, and when I had the appointment he said that there wasn’t anything wrong with it. I ended up going to another dentist and there was indeed something wrong. During my appointment he tried to upsell me braces and Invisalign (which I’ve already had) and quoted me an absurd price to have some cavities filled.
