I rang this clinic some time ago to ask about their Invisalign program. Spoke to a lady — I think her name was Hazel (not 100% sure on the spelling because her voice was quite soft). I was upfront about being on a tight budget, and unfortunately, her tone came across as quite condescending and dismissive. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable, like I wasn’t worth the time. I’ve been going to this dental clinic for the past three months for my Invisalign treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and make me feel comfortable at every visit. The dentists are very professional and thorough, and I feel confident knowing I’m in great hands. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering Invisalign or any dental care!
