Had the BEST experience today, felt at ease as soon as I walked in. The staff were so friendly, easy to deal with when making and adjusting my appointments and super knowledgeable. I’m very excited to start my Invisalign journey and I would highly highly recommend them.
I am visiting my daughter in Melbourne I’m from Queensland. I broke a tooth while waiting to board my flight to Melbourne. I got to my daughters and she recommended her dentist Elevate. I would recommend them to anyone they got me in that same day and repaired my tooth. Very caring and they let you know what there doing as you go 100% happy
This clinic did not provide accurate assessment or care for my situation nor help me at all. I felt they exaggurated what needed to be done and didn't find an affordable approach, which is poor dental care. They were not empathetic to my anxiety and pressured me to extract teeth which i was advised later was completely unncessary. I found services impersonal and unhelpful. - and truly unempowering.
