In just a few weeks, FORME has been an amazing in helping me get back in shape postpartum and beyond! All of the instructors have been so supportive and craft the classes to perfection. 10/10 - no notes!!!
Forme Fitness is exactly what Omaha needed! It’s such a great local spot in Aksarben with instructors who are super knowledgeable. They know how to truly push you while making sure you’re staying safe. But trust me, you will get SWEATY in the best way possible. I love that there’s no pressure to be "perfect" with your sculpt and pilates moves. The instructors really care about your form and ensure you don’t overdo it, which I appreciate. Welcome to my new addiction! Since the grand opening of Forme, I haven’t been able to get enough. From the upbeat classes and the welcoming staff, it’s a whole experience! My favorite classes (without ranking) are Cardio Sculpt, Sculpt, and Pilates- all heated of course I have found a place that I look forward to everyday and a new community of friends.
I am traveling from out of town, and I took a power cycle class taught by Dani. It was the best cycling class I’ve ever taken! Great vibes, great music, & great workout! High energy!
