I can’t give forme fitness enough praise! When I travel, I always try to take a class and so glad I did when we were in Omaha! I got a cute little card on my first class, warm welcome and even ended up taking 3 different classes with all different instructors over our stay. Small enough room to feel intimate but not on top of other class goers. PERFECT music and lighting. Loved it all!
Forme is literally the best workout I’ve ever done. I’ve never been a workout person lol but somehow they trick me into enjoying it?? It actually fills my cup and I keep coming back. Love all the girlies there! 10/10!!!!

I’ve been loving all the workout classes! After trying out different studios, this is everything I was looking for. All of the instructors are incredibly welcoming and bring such great energy to every session. It really motivates you and sets the tone for a good workout. The music is always on point, and the dimmed lighting creates such a fun, comfortable atmosphere. This has easily become my favorite place to work out. Forme Fitness is the best thing to happen to my workout routine. Heated Pilates with Kat is an absolute must. She pushes you further than you think you can go and you leave feeling incredible. Strength with Dani is equally amazing; her energy and programming have given me real, noticeable results.
