We were customers of this cleaning service for several years, and while the actual cleaning quality was generally good, the professionalism and communication steadily declined over time. We dealt with repeated late arrivals, last-minute scheduling changes, and multiple ignored requests regarding our dogs being locked outside in the Texas heat despite specifically asking that this not happen. Mara and her crew did a fantastic job. The house was definitely totally clean and ready to sell! It was well worth the money!
Elevate crew did a very good job. I had the basic cleaning service that included cleaning full bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, mopping the hardwood floors, & dusting of some areas. They were on time and got it all done in a timely manner. They exceeded my expectations!
Elevate did an excellent job for apartment move out service. They accommodated my needed schedule, arrived on time, and did an excellent cleaning of a neglected apartment. They went immediately to work and continued to completion. Cleaning areas I thought would not be accomplished were finished out very good. The price was very reasonable. Apartment managers were pleased. Great, great job!
Elevate was super helpful and did an amazing job on their cleaning services. Their customer service was great and they were able to get us scheduled on the books the very next day. We ultimately hired them from a friend's recommendations, to help clean a family member's home who recently passed away. The way they handled business was very professional and with everything we are dealing with, we couldn't be more thankful for how they were able to help us.
