My family had a loved one brought here for skilled nursing care. It was THE WORST PLACE I have ever been to!! It was filthy with dirt and cluttered messes EVERYWHERE!! Our loved one was plopped into an old metal bed that did not even hold him! His arms were falling off the sides of the bed. We asked for pillows, and I was told they would TRY AND FIND SOME?!! My experience at Waukegan facility very troubling in many ways #1 what is posted on menu was not even close to what was actually served this alone raises legal, ethical and medical questions that need to be seriously addressed such as but not limited to are substitutions due to vendor issues , conflict of interest and what is their a written policy available for patients regarding substitutions and are the substitutions the same nutrient wise rights and accountability for what the patients are paying for and actually receivi... read more
