The elderly is being taken advantage of. My father was on the 4th floor and it was terrible the way those people are being treated. No one was bathing him,fruit flies in the bed and he had an odor that was unbearable
The gentleman at the front desk is always polite and helpful. The fourth floor staff have their work cut out for them
Your front receptionist, Andre, is a superstar. He is always friendly, helpful and complimentary I leave feeling like he cares about the residents and their families.
I'm very pleased with staffing every time I visit my family members. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the entire entrance of the rest of the building.
