I was totally surprised when I arrived today to visit my relative. The hallways was clean and uncluttered. The rooms also were neatly cleaned, and the beds were made up. The nursing staff is always gracious, as well as a young lady that Is down that greets you when you come in. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the CNA’s. But all in all I still give Elevate Care a five star rating.!

Staff was very friendly wish I could say who they are but no name tags or what job they did. Your front desk man was a joy and informative on any and all questions. Roberta was a joy was quick to help. Al in all nice place
