Fails to invest in employees well being, they get abused and while there is money for photo shoots the residents room infested with roaches. Short staff but quick to blame corporate due to amount of patients. Christmas parties where some guest no longer work there but 2 years no bonus. One working charger for 4 laptops. Habit about faking being professional while wanting to force “disciplinary action”.
Extremely great customer service, pretty and clean, and the nursing staff is super helpful
