My loved one was on the Medicaid floor (third floor) for several months, not by choice. I want to be clear that people on the private pay floors may have a different experience, but the building and management issues affect everyone. The facility appears to be a converted apartment building and it shows — peeling paint, overcrowded conditions, and a wheelchair ramp that is a switchback spanning an entire story. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was very clean
Food always ice cold. Eggs are like snow balls. Asked for no chicken still get chicken. Sal is good dieting guy put has no control of delivering food. Was ok when first came her but has changed 👎 breakfast served at 7:30 am. Nanet never picked up my tray till 9 am. Put call button on and never came. Finally had to call front reception to talk to my nurse. Finally got some service. Nanet said she was giving a bed bath for one and half hour. 👎 I want to know who is telling my therapy lady Deje that im not doing my THERAPY. I... read more
