I've been staying at Elevate Care recovering from aortic valve replacement surgery with every intention of completing my recovery and resuming my independent life. The staff here has been very engaged in helping me do so and I'm very grateful for the care I've received.

I am currently a resident at Elevate Care Northbrook. I have been here for three years. My social worker is excellent and has helped me immensely. The medical staff is excellent. The director and staff in charge of running Elevate Care is excellent too. The CNAs are excellent too. The food that they serve here is very good. The counselor that I have had for three years has helped me grow and become the confident happy person that I am today. This place is truly a home away from HVNfor some of us! And these people are truly family and amazing. You have Fatima at the front desk who is a receptionist by profession but counselor friend sounding board and legal counsel because she along with Lindsy my social worker who has been nothing but helpful and nice and goes above and beyond her duties.
