Food always ice cold. Eggs are like snow balls. Asked for no chicken still get chicken. Sal is good dieting guy put has no control of delivering food. Was ok when first came her but has changed breakfast served at 7:30 am. Nanet never picked up my tray till 9 am. Put call button on and never came. Finally had to call front reception to talk to my nurse. Finally got some service. Nanet said she was giving a bed bath for one and half hour. Well in general this an excellent. Nursing home with a few bad Cnas one bad CNA is named ArlinHe has good skills but a poor attitude he’s lazy and because he’s unsupervised very slow in my opinion I’ve been tursing homes in my rehab journey and Elevate Northbrook has very good rehab. The PT named Tiju is excellent at her job. I’ve reach my records personal best walking distance. Over 48 feet with her as my PT. They have very good occupational therapy with Shannon and Caroline.
