Review update: This facility is not safe for your loved ones. My mom has now passed. I was lied to, and told she had meningitis. A blessed soul paid for an autopsy to be done on her. There was no such thing in her no residue or anything there’s more to the story . I’ve called the state. I don’t believe they’re on our side. My mom had to enlarge heart cardiomyopathy and looking at her records, the nursing home has known since 2016 and never once told me about this, nor did endeavor hospital 2025 of this year who was the ones ... read more
The management team is amazing and the really care. They ask questions that matters, they listen to my family concerns, and they are proactive.
It seems to be clean all of the employees we’re gave my husband and I warm inviting hospitality my cousin looks well taken care of Thank you
Mediocore care. Some aids are unpleasant. Not enough physical therapy during the day. It's football season and there are not enough TV sports channels for persons lying in bed all day. Don't let the Northbrook location fool you. It is not high class.
The staff here is very friendly, they take good care of patients, they talk like you are human, they make you feel good about yourself. I would recommend this facility, very friendly staff 😀.
