Spoke to soon not the same as when my buddy was here. But as far as staff goes very good. Just a couple of people are BEND DAY WHOLES. SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS. ALOT OF GREAT NURSES LEFT FOR THAT REASON foods hit and miss. HAD MY CHAIN AND NAME PLATE STOLEN BUT NOTHING THEY CAN DO. WAS MY FAULT.
Excellent very professional
Portions of food are small. They did not follow through with rehab even tho it is a rehab center. Not one staff member could tell me when’s the last time they bathed my grandfather or washed his mouth. The bed was full of crumbs of food and who know what else. My grandfather had a stroke, was paralyzed on his left side and needed 24hour care. They promised to be able to provide these services for him and failed terribly.
