Funnest way to get my cardio!!!
This is intense workout even for beginners. But our instructor was very patient with us. I highly recommend at least trying it. I'm lookin forward to goin again.
Went for a friends Birthday as a fun little adventure, we laughed so hard and then we all got a good work out!!! Instructor was fantastic at explaining things in a way we would understand!!!
