Love this place! All the instructors are great and it's such a fun way to exercise. Glad we have a bungee fitness spot in NWA.
A great work out and alot of fun!
Fun but had to cancel because they kept canceling classes.
Becca at Elevated Fitness was a fantastic teacher for a first timer- I have never done any fitness class, let alone an aerial one! But Becca made sure I felt confidant and capable. It was super fun.
