I was very happy with my first appointment Great service. Very friendly. The next appointment was a major disappointment. When making the appointment on the phone, I had asked about highlights but was told there would not be enough time then suggested maybe time for low lights. When I arrived I was told there would not be enough time for low lights either. No problem, just a touch up and trim was fine.
