The owners are deeply invested in their customers and community. Services are varied and thoughtful. Programs are provided for pre-schoolers to adults. Professional, personal and excellent.
Wonderful experience at this studio! I have struggled with back issues for years, and joining FitBarre brought the fastest and most effective results of anything I had tried previously. If you need to strengthen your back/core (or any other muscles, for that matter) FitBarre is the total body, toning, low-impact workout for you! Amber is super attentive, helpful, and patient, and really all of the instructors are great. Highly recommend!
Amber and fitness go hand and hand in my book. If I need a workout or just toning FitBarre is where I go. I had some issues with needing tone in my legs. Amber set me on the right course. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, energy and commitment.
