I just had a simple phone call with them about a coolant flush for a friend of mine. They were up front about what to look for if needed, vs if it had just been an upsell at a different place. The price quoted was fair as well. I’m keeping this place in my back pocket because I love an honest mechanic more than anything else! In my 25+ years of driving I have NEVER had an automotive place treat me with the friendly customer service and dedication that they showed me today! After TWO other local Waco shops said it would be 2-3 days before they got to look at my 2024 truck this PLACE got me back up and on the road in hours! If I could give them 10 I MOST DEFINITELY would !!!
I was in town for training for a new job when I started having issues with my truck. I stopped in to have it checked out, and Bryan was able to fit me in quickly. He diagnosed the problem and provided a clear quote for the repairs. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to move forward with the work at the time, but when I asked about the diagnostic fee, he refused to charge me anything. It’s not easy to find honest, stand-up mechanics these days, but Bryan and his crew are truly top-notch. Highly recommend.
