After a traumatic car crash my RMT suggested I regain foundational strength and movement by joining a gym. It started with Kass’s spin class, Rossland Hustle and Trail CrossFit group classes. All of the coaches continue to help me understand what I need to do to become healed and strong again. You make great friends at this gym mostly because these coaches continue to foster an inclusive, encouraging , respectful and fun environment! Happy 10 years to Dallas and everyone. Owner is really nice and staff is also polite and helpful...
Very great gym nice and new equipment their leg extension machine is broken but they will get a new one very soon nice that its 24 hours if ur a member I recommend getting a hip abduction/abduction machine
