Hello and Thank you... Just want to Thank everyone at Elevate at Pena... Since the New Management has come on Board. They are doing an Excellent Job... I would like to Recognize the Office and Property Team Jeff, Jackie, and Jazz... They are all Super and Caring. They are a very concerned Team. It makes me Happy to be here. We have been here since November of 2021. My wife and I as well, other residents here have had many not so good concerns with the way things were done here prior to this new Team coming on Board. Ridiculous how anyone can just come in and party all night. 60+ high school kids raided the apartments. Unacceptable. Randoms comes use the amenities and other expenses which brings up the common area maintenance fee. If someone brings a guest and use the amenities, tenants who bring them should pay a fee.
Great maintenance team
When we're looking for an apartment we ran into Elevate apartments they showed us apartments straight forward and very nice Jeff Jackie and another manager who showed us apartment anyway they were so very nice to us . Also we had small maintenance issue they we're there the next morning Jose and Eduardo were very professional and nice to have in the home !!! The last place we lived at it took 4 days for a toilet repair !!! We are saving over a $1000.00 a month and have better clubhouse and garage !!! We love living here !!! ... read more
