Been here since the grand opening. I just completed my third year, and submitted my vacate notice. I love my spacious modern apartment, but there are plenty of cracks showing up on the walls. During summer there's always a fire ant problem, but it was taken care of. Trash is a huge issue here. Not everyone around building 1 and residents using playground take pride in their environment. Love these apartments! They are new and u can tell right when u step in! Modern new appliances my kitchen has an island no issues with pests at all (which was my biggest concern)although Myesha was the one who originally helped me and she is the best , all the ladies in the front are so helpful and definitely thrive to keep tenants / potential tenants satisfied!
