I’ve lived here for a couple months now. and every apartment has their issues. Loud neighbors etc. Living in an apartment just comes along with those things and you accept it when you sign the lease in my opinion. From what i’ve seen the complex deals with it very nicely. But the real reason i’m making this is because of the two maintenance guys that are usually the ones that help me, I unfortunately don’t know their names but it’s two guys, and one with glasses. We have been here since the first year. And while there are certain things I love about the property...the pool is kept maintained, there are several doggie stations with bags for cleanup, and maintenance does a good job addressing most issues in a timely manner, there are other ways that have fallen off. The mailroom door has been unsecured for months now. Many peoples kitchen sinks have suddenly dropped out due to cutting corners during construction.
