I am extremely disappointed with my experience living here. The maintenance team is virtually non-existent; they never address issues, and the common areas, like the stairs, are often littered with trash, broken glass. There are ongoing pest problems, including cockroaches and other insects, which never seem to get resolved. The neighbors are frequently problematic, with noise and conflicts that make living here stressful. Overall, I strongly advise against moving into this complex. If I need anything fixed in my apartment, maintenance is always responding Quickly with the maintenance request , The neighbors here are quite friendly.
