Genevieve was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was so responsive and went out of her way to make sure we saw the houses we wanted to see, she was a rockstar with helping us come up with offer strategies and she very quickly got on the same page as to what we were looking for and dealt with our picky and sometimes indecisive ways. Ultimately we ended up in a home that is perfect for our family and we couldn’t have done it without her!
We were contacted through Aziza Perkins to preform basic routine real estate inspection work. (Installing smoke detectors throughout the building) provided a quote, which was approved through elevate Maine. Preformed the job on the agreed date. Has been 3 months and no communication from them about payment, besides hanging the phone up when you can regarding payment. Would not trust them to be on your side when it comes to purchasing a home.
Working with Michael was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and honest from the first phone call. Not only did he make our home sale seamless, but he made every effort to take care of us as individuals. He facilitated this sale without us having to lift a finger, and simultaneously protected our interests. We will be recommending Michael to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in Southern Maine.
Christy was an absolute delight to work with! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We purchased sight unseen and it was in great part her attention to detail and open nature that made us confident to go forward.
