Rita at the front desk is always so warm and welcoming whenever anyone comes into the gym and when we leave. Rita is always willing and happy to help with anything we need admin wise, the gym itself is quite clean and has the equipment you need !
Sarah is honestly the best. She’s always super friendly, welcoming people, and makes checking in feel easy,Even when it’s busy,she’s helpful, which makes a big difference. You can tell she actually cares about the members and the vibe of the place. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming in.
Joined my daughter to this gym online by mistake instead of my local Elevate in St Helens Tasmania and now have spent over a year trying to stop wrongful charges. No refund, no meaningful response, and repeated stonewalling. I’ve now discovered they have illegally resumed taking weekly payments again from my debit card for months without authorisation. So far , I have given these people more than $500 and neither my daughter or I have ever even been to Craigieburn in our life ! Extremely poor conduct and deeply questionable ... read more
