I attended the “Total” group session this morning for my very first visit. On approach there was ample parking and I was greeted with a warm welcome from instructor Josh before being given a tour of the facilities. The class was very well delivered with fantastic time management skills demonstrated throughout- within the hour session we had a briefing, warm up then cool down. Amazing place with brilliant trainers and members. Best gym by far
Great all round gym, professional PT's with wide range of skills and experience, great to see junior sessions too with wide age range certainly a USP for them and seriously needed service to provide. Extensive range of kit to suit every training need, group sessions and one to one.
