Specified what haircut I wanted and demonstrated exactly how I wanted it just to do the complete opposite. When I brought to his attention that this wasn’t the haircut I was expecting, he got defensive and put his ego over providing adequate client service. He gave me back $5 in cash and told me to my face that he’s not going to lineup my mustache and to have someone else do it and then proceeded to tell me if I don’t like my hair cut then don’t come back and that best believe me, I’m not EVER coming back.
