While the doctor is good, I'm paying a monthly insurance fee, I pay when I come in, and then I pay the final balance. Now, I just found out on top of all that, they've added an annual fee. I'm leaving. Dr. asks the right questions and listens well to understand the patient's situation and is kind so I give him 2 stars for that. I'm already overpaying so adding an "annual fee" is just too much for me on top of all the other fees I pay

This was my first visit to the office. Very helpful and professional staff. Office was very clean. The Doctor spent a great deal of time with me, making me feel very satisfied with his care.
May 22 2025 11 am appointment with one of the doctors. I checked in through the automated system in the office. 1145. I approached the front desk and asked what the delay was. They looked at me as if they didn’t even realize I was sitting in the waiting room. They then looked shocked and said they didn’t know what the status was. I asked if they would find out. Dr. Jay Allilin treats me with outmost care and he really takes the time to listen to me and diagnose my condition. I never felt I was just another patient to him. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming unlike other clinics that I’ve been to were they just want you to be in and out as fast as they can. Some of them are so rude and they make you feel like you’re bothering them. I highly recommend them to my family, relatives, friends, and all Google reviewers! Thank you very much Dr; Jay and staff!
