We checked in last night and we ar very dissappointed clients first everyone was asleep including the soldier we had to wait between 40_1hr for the room keys to be found by staff,two we were the only quests I'n the accomodation and there's was no single towel to give to us as a couple the soldier told us all towels were dirty ,,we waited for another 1hr for them to improvise a maasai chuka for us to use it was so disappointing please management do something otherwise you will loose alot of quest.... thanks
