The arrangement was disappointing to say the least- I was shocked at the cost vs the arrangement. You can see it was last minute - disappointed as I have ordered and received flowers from them in the past ( and pleased) not sure what happened for Valentine’s Day As far as costumer service it was a helpful experience and she was kind/open to fix the issue. Was willing to make new flowers and work towards a good outcome. Thank you for the explanation of cost and small business-

Sara from Ele’s Flowers, did the flowers for my mother’s funeral recently. Everything was perfect and arrived on time. The flowers were outstanding as were the plants she delivered. She made this all easy with one phone call.

I've worked with Ele's Flowers many times over the last 5 years, and they always deliver a top- notch arrangement. Somehow they know how to give it that personal touch, even when I'm calling from, literally, a thousand miles away. Can't say enough great things...and would recommend them to anyone!

Ele's Flowers was able to make a same day flower delivery for me today. I did not get the girls name who answered the phone, but want to note that she was very pleasant and professional. A very nice transaction. Highly recommend using for flower delivery.
