I've never been a client, but I just randomly got emailed the full medical history and personal details of a patient by this clinic. We share a surname but have different first names, are different genders, and I live in a different state.
Very rude, passive-aggressive and unprofessional clinic manager. Withholds a client access to their own medical information and refuses to give copies of documents when requested, breaching the freedom of information act which gives a client access to ANY information that ANY business records or has stored about them. I have been attending the medical practice for nearly 12 years, I have two children who also attend the practice. I can say that Dr Andrew Davey, is absolutely outstanding just as his level of care, professionalism and transparency .One of my children does see the practice quiet regularly, and Andrew has always rang and followed up if her name was on a cancellation list if the reception team said he was unable to see her on the day due to being booked out.
