I'm sure the staff at this practice are lovely! A clean well tidy looking surgery when driving past! This is a review of Dr Jenny Sharwood I seen her a while ago at GP access! She missed diagnosed a injury of mine coursing a lot of pain and suffering!! Terrible doctor rude and had no compassion at all!!! My wife and I recently moved to another practice for the following reasons: (a) As soon as you started a consultation you had a feeling that a stopwatch was being used keep the time. b) Empathy was lacking. My wife has a serious back injury and was asking Dr Lane for help in order to see a specialist. The response she received was unprofessional. Our family has been attending this practice for over 25 years. They are wonderful caring and skilled chiropractors. I can recommend them without reservation
When one attends a medical centre one is either sick or in pain and one would assume the receptionists are trained to skillfully communicate empathically with clients. This was not my experience and I would recommend a training session in empathic communication or updating the front desk. 2 stars.
