In the 35 years I've been with this practice this is the first time I have been treated with very little compassion or empathy via phone call in regards to transfer my medical records to a closer dr for me. I had the choice to pay $30 to transfer my own medical records or start from scratch. The doctors I have seen have been awesome and helpful and same as the front staff except now. This is disappointing.
Had been having pains with my knees and asked to get an mri or ultrasound to see if anything had happened or torn, was told I am too young at 21, and referred to physio Went to another doctor, got an ultrasound and found major tears in ligaments Won’t come back again as the doctors wouldn’t listen to concerns
I've been attending the practice for the past 2 years. My 1 year old has had all his immunisations and visits with the lovely nurses and doctors and I cannot fault the service. After visiting numerous practices I'm glad I've found this one. Thank you.
