Beautiful cafe, clean bathrooms and delicious drinks and food. My meal was big enough to split between two people.

I've been here twice now. The staff is kind, there's a good selection of interesting pastries, the temp of the place is cool but not chilly, and the seating is cute with small tables and lightweight chairs. Each time I've had the eggplant focaccia sandwich which was great but not as good as the first time I had it. Might be a me thing. I've tried Elephantine in Portsmouth, so was excited to finally try the Boston location! We got the pain au chocolat, which I didn't think was that great. Could've been more flakey and chocolatey. The lemon Madeleine was very nice and buttery! I especially liked the lemon glaze on top. We also got the olive ficelle, which was a bit tough to chew but had plenty of olives and flavor. Staff is super friendly Coffee was quite nice We got the eggplant sandwich and an omelette Both were delicious We got French toast to go which was insanely good, highly recommend. I would suggest one thing if they can increase their food items that would be great
