My sister and I had dinner at Elephant Thai and overall it was a great experience for us. The people working treated us so kindly and were very attentive. I don't think my glass ever was below half empty lol! Very nice people that WANT your business. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a good meal and some friendly service.
Had the buffet on the weekend. Food was good. Enjoyed the variety of thai food here. If you dont want just 1 order of food, its good to try all. Drinks are good too.
Order was called in, when arrived, order was wrong. We told them the error and the final order was also wrong, seafood instead of chicken in the order. Spice level was requested as mild, food was very spicy. Not reliable at all.
This location is excellent. The elephant pad Thai was delicious. They also provide spice packets with take out orders so you can control how spicy the food is. I haven't seen that at other Thai restaurants in Richmond. this location is a night and day difference from the one near Scott's addition.
