Fantastic place to hike, picnic, explore, and enjoy nature! There is a paved one mile loop that's fun to hike.
The Jefferson County Photography Club set up a night shoot at the park. We all had a great time and we got a lot of great photographs.
Definitely worth the drive. Flushable toilets, but no sinks.
My wife is an amputee in a wheelchair. This park was very accessible for her to see. Some hills were a challenge, but we made it up. We had a great time. One path was inaccessible ,it was just too narrow.
