In a courtyard amongst an eclectic gathering of nostalgic signs, archaic devices, and gimmicky statues, you’ll enjoy amazing Mexican food in a unique and quirky environment. Entering from the far left of the complex, you’ll find a food truck behind the walls. And this is what Elephant Ranch is all about. I almost never order quesadillas. I’m a traditionalist who steers clear of Tex-Mex. Eclectic place that has live music. A good range of people of all ages are enjoying the bar. Prices are okay. I recommend checking it out. There was a food truck, but we did not eat.
