First I will say that their parts are very nice, quality. This is not the issue, the problem is customer service. Their customer service is not on par with the quality of their parts. Their is no urgency on their end to expedite or make the customer happy. They will not return your calls or emails. They will process your order quickly, but when it comes to doing an exchange, they will slow to a crawl and like I mentioned above, not call you back or return emails. Chuck and the crew are definitely on my A list when it comes to mods and custom work for my fully dedicated autocross Porsche 914. These guys really know their stuff. Chuck is always ready to educate me on the products and give multiple suggestions on what would be a good solution or improvement. If you have a Porsche update or upgrade need, give Elephant Racing a call. They are a valuable resource in your toolbox. Racecar or street going canyon carver, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

They will send you the wrong parts and then won’t respond to your calls and emails.

I bought a suspension kit to my porsche gt3, one part have a manufacture failure (I'm from out of states) I contact them many times and talk to many sales rep. And when I say words FAILURE, they just not answer anymore. All parts was monted by Porsche Car Center, not by some amateur or someone else. I let them know thia everytime and they just.
