Beware, if you drive a 3/4 ton, pick up truck. As you turn out, beware of concrete wall, that is only 2 feet tall, unable to see over your hood.
After reading the reviews I brought my cheap silver car through before bringing my new black truck (as black shows scratches more). Glad I did. The staff doesn’t rinse your vehicle before hitting it with the scrub brushes. Also experienced what I read in other reviews about the overhead brushes hitting your vehicle pretty hard. It was hard enough for me to check my windshield chip after I was done to see if it got bigger. I came in to get my truck washed with pretty high expectations, and unfortunately I left feeling disappointed. After going through the wash, I pulled over to dry it off and honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference—it still looked just as dirty as before. On top of that, my license plate holder ended up getting cracked during the process. I understand that things can happen, so that part is what it is.
