[Update 2 - I was able to arrange a full repair, at no cost to me, c/o Elephant Car Wash. While my damage is resolved, the whole situation was an ordeal I wish I could've avoided. I'm glad ECW made things right. The incident caused a lot of unnecessary headache though and I will exclusively use touchless systems instead now. Well its a good thing it was a free promotion, it was for their premium wash so i figured it was worth a try, well if thats what you get for 20 bucks thats just sad, I had to come home and rinse off the weird film left on my car, I personally will not be using their wash again, you should not have to wash your car after getting a wash at the Elephant wash. I have one thats 9 bucks and it does a fantastic job. Sorry but it's not very economical in this economy.
Does not take tokens anymore. I have a bunch of them and there is now nowhere to use them. Someone needs to file a claim against this company. How much money have they made off of making the new machines only taking credit cards no tokens our cash. I have given them alot of money for tokens I cant use anymore and the ones they say will accept their tokens as an alternative have all updated their machines as?well. Can I give this place negative stars? I claimed a free car wash and tried out the Bonney Lake location because it's local. Went on the way home from tee-ball. Boy, do I regret having gone - the car wash broke mid-cycle and stopped on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma.
