The machine screams ar you that it can't process card payments. Also there were two unattended (or slept-in) vehicles just parked and off in the self-service bay at 1:30am on a sunday morning.
Terrible customer service. The staff is pathetic and not ready to listen, as i questioned him, he was busy on his cell phone. I would not recommend it to anybody. Avoid this place
Best car wash in the Puget Sound area! Only go to the Federal Way location. The employees are so detailed and hard working. I'm very picky- always impressed and tip them well.
This is a great car wash to do it yourself. The equipment worked well and the grounds was clean and organized.
I used just 2 minutes of foam then stopped Then started the water, it means I did 3 more times to tap my card they charge me 45$ How can I refund my money if the possible
