Avoid it!!! I'm really disappointed with the customer service provided by Elephant Car wash. I took my car to this place to clean the front seat since one of my friends was sick and threw up inside the car. I called Elephant and explained the situation to them and asked if they had experience in detail car cleaning; they said "Yes" so I took my car there. The employees looked at the car and asked me to go back in an hour. When I got there my car had a really bad smell and there was still residues on the seat, carpet and seat... read more

What a racket! – I am disappointed in the quality of service I have received from the Elephant. Perhaps in the past they were ok, but it's far from that now. I paid for the gold package and I swear the neighborhood Texaco could have done a better job for 1/2 the price. The rear wheels and tires were cleaned and tire dressing was applied, but they seemed to have forgotten that my Volvo has front wheels and tires too! Next time I will be sure to spend a little more and take my car to a proper detail shop or do it myself.
