We had been shopping for a boat that we would use for recreation for our friends,grandkids, and do some fishing. We found it at Elephant Boys in the Spokane Valley. Other boat dealers were more interested in selling me a fishing boat with all the fishing gear. Elephant Boys just saved our Mercury 175HP ProXS. They performed a thorough diagnostic, without engine codes or any other clues dug into it and worked with Mercury directly on our behalf. We were just outside of warranty but they resolved the engine carbon build up issues and gave us a heads up on proper maintenance so we didn't run afoul again! Brian and his team saved our pontoon and we were back on the water in short order. Thank you so very much, you've definitely earned our repeat business.
