Elephant Boys just saved our Mercury 175HP ProXS. They performed a thorough diagnostic, without engine codes or any other clues dug into it and worked with Mercury directly on our behalf. We were just outside of warranty but they resolved the engine carbon build up issues and gave us a heads up on proper maintenance so we didn't run afoul again! Brian and his team saved our pontoon and we were back on the water in short order. Thank you so very much, you've definitely earned our repeat business.
They usually have all the miscellaneous parts that I need for my boat. They are very helpful and when they didn't have a certain part they pointed me in the right direction. They are very friendly in there. I would highly recommend them. We've always had good success with their towable tubes
