Very friendly, very easy to work with, my house sale took 9 months, and they worked with me to help start paying the debt from the marketing off before the sale, as it was well past the due date, because it was taking so long, very communicative, very supportive, very polite and understanding. Highly recommend!

Revised Review (4-stars): I must admit, the heat of a moment can overwhelm you. Whilst my experience was a great one up until the point of repayment (ironic...I know). The customer service team were available to me, communicative and above all helpful. I acknowledge that things do go wrong sometimes and it's the support mechanisms that often define us. Had a fantastic experience working with the Elepay team were exceptional from start to finish. Their communication was prompt, their professionalism unmatched and they made the entire process seamless. Karen in particular was a joy to deal with efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every step. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly, great work team!
What started as a seamless and great experience was tainted by their platforms customer experience (CX). I am unsure how a financial institution is allowing multiple direct debits when the full payment and balance owing is $0. Elepay collected my outstanding balance as I aimed to pay in full, only for the system to not confirm payment was received/made and then allowing the ability to pay a second time for the same amount in full.
