Our main therapist was WONDERFUL - but the agency was not. The mistakes were continual and costly - being charged for an appointment that they sent me a cancellation email for, continual mix-ups on how the charges were made, constant struggle to get the receipts required for medical cost tracking, frequent shifts in personnel and therapists. After making a public review, I'm hearing much the same feedback from others. So disappointed.
