BEWARE of this realtor and broker! We saw a house on Zillow that we wanted to check out, and Zillow set us up with Eleni. We immediately decided we wanted to put an offer on it. Eleni seemed nice and professional; so we were happy to sign a contract with her, and since we didn’t know her, she said it would be fine if we ever decided we didn’t want to continue working with her. Eleni Filippone is a fabulous real estate agent. She sold our house in Midlothian Va and was very responsive and had great ideas for staging as well as giving me some creative storage ideas. She was very knowledgeable about the market and set realist expectations in price based on comparable recent sales. She clearly loves her job and it shows.
