My son loves Snap Circuits, and Elenco customer service is awesome. My son had a programmable fan (the one that can display words on the fan blades as they spin). He is very careful with the Snap Circuits, but the fan failed and would no longer display words. Elenco was awesome and sent us a replacement part at no charge. My son was thrilled and is still playing with the replacement part. Thank you for this outstanding service!
