I had my first visit with Dr. Messina and it was fabulous. Most importantly, she listened and let me share my health and personal issues and ailments. First class all the way. Looking forward to building a solid doctor and patient relationship. Definitely 5 star feelings of communication, knowledge and gentle care. Highly recommended. Thank you
The Doctor is fine. However, I arrived 10 minutes late and they asked me to reschedule the appointment. Last time I waited for 20 minutes! I refuse to return to a doctor's office that can't respect you as a client. We are all humans and sometimes we are late. However, 10 minutes is not being late for an appt that supposed to last 1/2 hour. I'm not pleased with the office management and the general procedures of this office. There is nothing special about this place.
Good bedside manner paired with keen listening and analytical skills. Able to take my jumbled verbal medical history from last 20 years and formulate a wellness plan to get started on.
