I was disappointed with my experience. The visit felt more like a sales pitch than a patient consultation, and I left feeling unheard. Multiple interns were brought into the exam, making me feel more like a teaching subject than a patient. If I had known this was going to be a teaching-focused experience, I would have chosen a medical school or teaching hospital. I scheduled an appointment at a private practice expecting personalized, patient-centered care, and that is not what I received.
Dr Buruiana is an excellent OB/GYN. She listens and is informative. This still is the truth.
I have been with Dr. Buruiana for around 30 years. She really knows me, takes her time with everyone to answer questions and address concerns. She is always attending conferences to keep up to date on new medical advances. I recommend her HIGHLY!
I have been seeing Dr. Buruiana for many years, and I feel very lucky to be in her care. She is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of women’s health. Her team is also wonderful, responsive, and caring. There are very few private doctors left who offer this level of personal attention, and she truly is exceptional.
