i love elena :) she is incredibly in tune with what your body needs, based off both the individual's requests and what she notices during your session. She is incredibly receptive and will tune your treatment to exactly what you need. 10/10 would recommend :)
I went to see Elena because of severe back pain that I have developed from too much time sitting at my desk and couch without exercising enough during COVID. During the drive to see her my back was starting to hurt from sitting in the car and I was regretting the drive. After my first session the pain was gone and I feel more relaxed than I have in the last 9 months. I just moved to Winooski and I was looking for a massage after all my moving/unpacking and Elena fulfilled my expectations and beyond! She knew the trigger points that I needed released and the muscles that were stressed and tense. She used aromatherapy oils which made it that much more soothing! Will refer her to my roommates and friends, and definitely go back!

Elena is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. Her energy is calm and welcoming. I have a lot of muscle tension and the massage techniques Elena used helped relieve my pain but also allowed me to breath, relax and enjoys my massage experience. I highly recommend Elena if you are seeking a professional massage therapist with a healing touch!
