Always cuts more hair than you asked for. Does what she wants. If I could give zero stars I would! I asked for long layers she cut SO much off I’ve been coming since I was a little girl I’m officially done I always hate her work, & yes the owner Elena..omg this is crazy I had butt length curly hair & not I have shoulder length hair :(
