Not very good first impression. First the receptionist talk in a way that shes doing you a favor answering you with long pauses , then she says you will be put on a waiting list, because they are busy. so if you need somone call somewhere else.
I saw Elena back in 2009 when I was at John Abbott College and it was the best decision I ever made. I still use the tools she gave me back then and to this day I hear her words of encouragement. It is unbelievable what kindness and compassion can do. I have been wanting to email her for the past 10 years just to thank her for helping me and for guiding me when I needed it the most. Thank you Elena.
