As a new patient, I believe it is only fair to be treated with professionalism, attentiveness, and respect for my time. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 2:15 PM and was left waiting for over an hour without any clear communication or update. When the doctor finally entered the room, she appeared rushed and overly focused on writing notes rather than listening to my concerns. I did not feel seen or heard. It took almost 2 hours for about 5 minutes with the Doctor.About 30 minutes in the waiting room,over an hour in the examining room wearing only a hospital gown.
Appointment was for my shy 14 year old but Dr.Gore was friendly and upbeat and my daughter felt comfortable enough to speak for herself, I would definitely recommend! Everyone of the staff members were friendly and I didn't feel the wait was bad at all!
Dr. Gore is amazing. Highly recommend this practice.
She was excellent ,but the wait time is too long.Nobody should be waiting over 45 minutes to be seen.She needs to work on getting to her patients in a timely manner.
