The doctor is excellent, but unfortunately, her front desk assistant was rude, unpleasant, bitter, and unfriendly. She completely lack any understanding of customer service and patient care. She urgently need a Performance Improvement Plan before all of this talented doctor's patients leave. The staff I'm referring to worked today, February 26, 2026, in the afternoon. If by chance, senior management reads this, please contact me for more information.
Amazing family doctor! Very caring, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable at every visit.
