I went for the first time a few weeks ago and usually I will warn new stylists about how much hair I have, but I wasn’t able to in this scenario. Alyssa did a fantastic job but it just wasn’t quite what I wanted. I reached back out to ask if I could get in redone and within a few days I was back on her schedule. She spent 4 hours of her time making my hair absolutely perfect and didn’t charge me a dime. Elena Costa Salon is fantastic. The salon is cozy, and everyone there is so friendly. It's clean, organized, and priced appropriately for the service you get. Alyssa has done my hair several times and it always turns out perfect. She is very sweet, professional, and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since she has started doing it. I absolutely recommend this salon & Alyssa!
