I excellent service there
The staff and Dr Chetver are really nice. She is not one of those doctors that is trying to get your money for no reason and have you come in for every minor detail; she and her team will resolve some of my issues through the phone without charging me. I really felt like I could trust her which is rare with how healthcare is nowadays.
… I just called this office and the woman who picked up said hello in a tone like I was bothering her… she didn’t answer the phone with a greeting like this is Dr. Chetver’s office. I asked her if this was a doctors office because it sounded more like I was interrupting her from watching her soap operas and in a rude tone, she said yes… so I just hung up.
I was assigned to this doctor as my PCP but nobody answers the phone, so I’m unable to schedule an appointment
